2. Wash Your Hands
   Thoroughly wash your hands with soap and water.
3. Fold the Disc
   Pinch the rim to fold the disc into a comfortable shape for insertion.
4. Insert the Disc
   In a comfortable position (sitting, squatting, or standing), gently guide the folded disc into your vaginal canal. Let it open and rest securely against your vaginal wall.

Wearing:

• The disc provides up to 12 hours of leak-free protection, even during activities like swimming or sleeping.

Removal:

1. Relax
   Get into a comfortable position, and relax your pelvic muscles.
2. Hook Your Finger Under the Rim
   Gently hook your finger under the disc’s rim and pull it out slowly.
3. Empty and Clean
   Empty the contents into the toilet, wash the disc with mild soap and water, and reinsert if needed.

Care:

• After your cycle, sterilize the disc again before storing it in the provided pouch.
• Keep it in a cool, dry place until your next use.

Tip: With proper care, your disc can last up to 5 years, making it a sustainable and cost-effective period care solution!
